: Can I reverse transactions like Cash Sales or Sale Invoice ?
: Yes, you can. Please refer to support video.
: Can I email the transaction directly instead of printing it out ?
: Yes, you can. But we need to configure the settings for you.
: What is the maximum size (e.g number of users) the system is able to support ?
: At present, it is set to approximately 250 users concurrently.
: How can the system protect from accidental deletion of transactions ?
: There is confirmation dialog box to respond and the user has to click 'yes' before that line
of data is deleted. So it cannot be accidental. Moreover, system has access controls to
forbid user from deleting transaction.
: Can I use the copy & paste command in the system ?
: Certainly, all text within the system supports copy & paste commands.
: Can the system reports be exported to Excel ?
: Yes, all reports can be exported to Excel.
: Can the system module import data from Excel ? e.g Sales Quotation ?
: Currently there are these modules that support import from Excel - Quotation/Order,
Inventory Data Master & Misc Price Book.
: Does the system support multiple companies ?
: Yes, system supports multi-companies, multi-cost centres & multi-currencies.
: Besides English, what other languages does the system support ?
: Chinese & one other language.
: Does the system support Microsoft SQL Server ? And if it does, which version ?
: No. System only works with SAP Advantage SQL Server.
: Do I need to engage a Database Administrator to maintain the system ?
: SAP Advantage Database Server is a powerful relational database system and it is extremely
easy to maintain. So there is no need to learn or engage someone specialises in Microsoft SQL.
: Is the system cloud-based or on-premise ?
: Both methods can be deployed.
: Can the system be managed from the internet ?
: Yes, it works with third-party solution and is fully operable from the internet and it is not costly.
: If my boss wants to see monthly Income Statement and Financial Statement, can that be done ?
: Certainly, you just need to post all closed transactions to a posting batch and then close that batch.
And you are also required to close all voucher entries as those directly influence ledger accounts.
